
I know everyone makes them and breaks them, but I am really going to try to stick to mine this year.
1. LOSE WEIGHT!!! I would like to lose 15 lbs and get back into my size 8-10 pants. I also want to firm up my stomach and thighs. I just joined a Gym yesterday and already started working out last night. It was so sore! But I am committed to going every week.
2. EAT BETTER-I don't really want to go on a diet, but I do want to stop my snacking, and eating junk food, and drink more water
3. GIVE MORE TIME FOR JUSTIN- Our marriage is really in danger right now with everything that has gone on in the last year, but I am really hoping he will be back to work in a week or so and I need to pay him more attention and try to let go of my resentment towards him. I really want to work on re-connected with him and finding that spark again.
4. FOCUS MORE ON WORK- Being home and having both my computers linked together, I really wander alot when I'm working-on Facebook, or on here, or just on the internet in general. I really need to limit the time I spend on my personal computer while I'm working. Its just hard-I get bored, but I know I would get done my work alot faster if I didn't go back and forth so much
5. RECONNECT WITH FRIENDS--I have had so many people that I've said-"We should do dinner sometime " to and never took the next step. I really want to make and effort to expand my friendships and make more time for them.
